Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on gulfonex.com with Gulfonex, part of Johnkeans UK Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

1. Buy Now products – 14-day returns

You can ask to return a Buy Now product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. To start a return, email preeti@gulfonex.com with your order number and the reason. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return address, as returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

2. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. Faults that appear later are handled under the manufacturer's warranty where one applies.

3. Items that cannot be returned

• Products supplied against a quotation, special-order, custom-made or cut-to-length items, unless they are faulty or not as described in the quotation.
• Used items, items without original packaging, and consumables or PPE once opened (for example gloves, masks, respirators, abrasives).
• Gift cards.

4. Quoted and bulk orders

Cancellation and return terms for quoted orders are those stated on your quotation or order confirmation. Orders cancelled after the goods have been purchased from the manufacturer may carry a restocking or cancellation charge, which we will tell you before it applies.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it. If you have not received a refund you expected, contact us at preeti@gulfonex.com.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
