Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Gulfonex, part of Johnkeans UK Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("Gulfonex", "we") delivers orders placed on gulfonex.com.

1. Where we ship

We deliver to the United Arab Emirates, all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman) and more than 60 other countries worldwide. If your country is not offered at checkout, contact us and we will quote delivery.

2. Buy Now (ready-to-ship) products

• UAE and GCC: free standard shipping.
• International: flat rate of USD 12.99 per order, shown at checkout.
• Processing time: orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: usually 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
• Each order receives a tracking number by email once it has shipped. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

3. Request a Quote products

For quoted items (valves, spares, large tools, bulk orders) the delivery method, cost and lead time are stated on your written quotation. We ship by air, sea or road freight, under the Incoterms agreed in the quotation (for example EXW, FCA, CIF or DAP), with commercial invoice, packing list and, where available, certificate of origin.

4. Duties, taxes and customs

Unless your quotation or checkout says otherwise, import duties, VAT and local taxes are paid by the buyer on arrival. Customs clearance can add time to delivery, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries because of local import rules; if this applies to your order we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

5. Address and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we may charge the cost of re-sending. If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email preeti@gulfonex.com with your order number and photos, and we will investigate with the carrier.
