1. Who we are

gulfonex.com is operated by Gulfonex, part of Johnkeans UK Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("Gulfonex", "we", "us"). By using this website, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and descriptions

We supply industrial tools, equipment and spare parts from manufacturers and authorised distributors. Brand names and trademarks shown on this website belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products; their use does not mean that the brand owner endorses or is affiliated with Gulfonex. Product photos may be representative, and specifications can change. Please check part numbers and suitability for your application before ordering, and ask us if anything is unclear.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties, VAT and local taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown on Request a Quote products are indicative only; the binding price, lead time and delivery terms are those in our written quotation, which is valid for the period stated on it. We may correct pricing or description errors at any time, and if an order was placed at an incorrect price we will contact you before processing it, giving you the option to continue or cancel.

4. Orders and quotations

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or send the goods. A quotation becomes a contract when you accept it in writing (for example by purchase order) and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, cannot legally be exported to your country, or if we suspect fraud; in that case any payment taken is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Website orders are paid at checkout. Quoted orders are paid as stated on the quotation (for example advance payment or agreed credit terms for approved business accounts).

6. Delivery, risk and ownership

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy or in your quotation. Risk passes to you on delivery, or as set out in the agreed Incoterms for quoted orders. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

7. Export and use

You are responsible for complying with import rules in your country and for using products safely, by trained people, and in line with the manufacturer's instructions. You must not use products bought from us in breach of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

8. Warranty and liability

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, production or contracts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Website use

Content on this website is provided for information and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
